2. Data we collect
When you use our website, we may collect: (a) data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone number, message) when using the contact form or booking a session; (b) technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access times. We use this only to respond to your requests, improve our site, and comply with legal obligations. The contact form is offered as a call-back / consultation-request service: a phone number is therefore required, because we use it to contact you by phone or WhatsApp to handle your request. If you prefer not to provide a phone number, you can reach us directly by email or via the messaging channels listed in our Impressum.
3. Legal basis and purpose
Processing is based on your consent (e.g. contact form), contract performance (e.g. arranging sessions), or our legitimate interest (e.g. website operation and security). We do not use your data for advertising without your consent.
4. Third-party services and data transfer
Our website uses the following third-party services. Each may process personal or technical data (e.g. IP address). Their privacy policies apply; we recommend reviewing them.
- Contact form: Submissions are sent to Google (Google Apps Script / Google Workspace). Google may process data in the USA. Google is committed to compliance with the EU GDPR; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Booking (Calendly): When you book a session via our Calendly link, Calendly processes your data according to its privacy policy (calendly.com/privacy).
- Fonts and icons: Served locally from our own web server. No external font or icon CDN request is made when pages load.
Where Google acts as a processor for our website communication workflow, processing is subject to Google’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and related GDPR contractual commitments.
If you use links to external sites (e.g. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), those providers’ privacy policies apply. We do not control their data processing.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection).
6. Storage period
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
